CAREER AND LEADERSHIP

Digital marketing is a constantly evolving industry, and the focus of my professional career. I combine my interest in psychology and consumer behavior with data-driven decisions to develop thoughtful marketing campaigns. My skills are transferable across industries and recently applied within hospitality, retail, technology, and real estate. From strategy to execution, I develop multichannel digital marketing campaigns in alignment with eCommerce efforts to grow online business and maximize profitability. 

My experience in international growth and global collaboration has led to a newfound passion, international business. I use quantitative and qualitative data to better understand cultural nuances and variations in customer behavior and create unprecedented customer-centric experiences for users around the globe.

Success is a function of my resiliency.

 A Career Highlight. I served as project lead for my employer’s most significant International IT investment to-date; to develop localized, customized, and translated websites, in 9 markets. My contributions included the identification of business requirements, management of the project strategy, and alignment of the organization to drive the company's value proposition and support both development growth and retention of the franchisee portfolio.

 

I’VE GOT SKILLS.

I ask a lot of questions and stay curious. I frequently connect with colleagues for insight into their field to strengthen collaboration, enroll in continuing education courses, and ask for feedback for personal growth. My curiosity has resulted in a well-rounded experience, sometimes blurring the lines of my role as a digital strategist and uncovering new opportunities to drive the business forward. To name a few skills:

  • Customer acquisition strategy and activation based off data driven analytics reporting including search engine marketing, organic search (SEO), social media, content marketing.

  • Ecommerce and product management strategy to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Budgeting strategy and forecasting to maximize top line revenue (I was recently certified in Financial Management from Cornell University).
